Enterprise Solutions Partner
The Enterprise Solutions Partner offers a complete business solution from a combination of products and services. A typical sale involves in-depth analysis of business processes and mapping it with product functionality to identify the gaps, and offering an extension or a customisation. In some cases it may also require a complete solution with hardware, system software and networking.
Authorised Resellers focus on high-volume products with strong brand identities and little pre-sales or post-sales support requirement. They offer customers value through price, availability and financing options. More than 50% of their revenue comes from sales of third- party products. They usually have a strong presence in large urban/town areas and a large personal circle of influence to resell the products
